I. GENERAL INFORMATION
Atelier de Fiore is a floral boutique that specializes in handcrafted floral arrangements,
bouquets, and curated floral gifts for various occasions including but not limited to birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and special events.
By placing an order with Atelier de Fiore, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood,
and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

II. ORDERING POLICY

1. Order Confirmation
• All orders must be confirmed through our official website,
order form, direct message, or written confirmation from Atelier de Fiore.

• No website confirmation, order form, or written confirmation means no confirmed order.
​
2. Payment Terms
• Full payment is required to confirm and secure your order.
• However, if the client prefers to pay by deposit first,
a minimum of 50% down payment is required, with the remaining balance
to be settled before delivery or pick-up.

3. Payment Methods
• We accept GCash, BPI, or Cash upon PICK-UP only.
​
• No Cash on Delivery.
​
4. Order Cut-Off
• Atelier de Fiore reserves the right to close orders once the maximum capacity is reached.
• Cut-off dates may apply especially during peak seasons.

III. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

1. Freshness of Flowers
• Flowers are natural products and may slightly vary in size,
shape, color, and bloom from the photos posted.

• This does not always mean that the flowers will look different from the sample.
We always strive to recreate the design as closely as possible and
ensure that every arrangement remains beautiful, fresh, and high-quality.

2. Substitution Policy
• In the event that a specific flower or material is unavailable,
Atelier de Fiore reserves the right to substitute it with a similar flower or material
of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design and color scheme.

3. Color Variations
• Actual colors may slightly differ due to lighting, camera quality, and screen display.

IV. DELIVERY AND PICK-UP POLICY

1. Delivery Time
• Delivery time frames are estimates only and may be affected by
traffic, weather conditions, and high order volume.

2. Delivery Fee
• Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
​
3. Recipient Availability
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the rider will wait for a reasonable time.
If delivery fails, a re-delivery fee may apply.

4. Pick-Up Policy
• For pick-up orders, clients must arrive at the agreed time.
Atelier de Fiore is not responsible for flower condition if left unclaimed for an extended period.

V. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds
• Refunds are only issued for valid concerns proven to be the fault of Atelier de Fiore.
• Change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund.

3. Damaged Items
• Any complaints regarding damaged flowers must be reported
within 2 hours upon receipt, with clear photos as evidence.

VI. CARE GUIDE FOR BOUQUETS IN FLORAL FOAM
To help your arrangement last longer, please follow these simple care instructions:
For Bouquets in Floral Foam:
• Keep the floral foam moist but not flooded. Add a small amount of water every 1–2 days.
• Pour water gently into the foam, avoiding the petals and leaves.
• Do not remove the flowers from the foam.
• Place the bouquet in a cool area away from:
• Direct sunlight
• Air conditioning vents
• Fans or heat sources
• Avoid moving or shaking the arrangement too much
to prevent flowers from loosening.
• If any flower wilts earlier than others, you may gently remove it t
o keep the arrangement looking fresh.
Note: The lifespan of the flowers still depends on environmental conditions and proper care after delivery or pick-up.

VII. FINAL AGREEMENT
By placing an order with Atelier de Fiore, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions stated above.
Atelier de Fiore reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
